Please observe the following guidlines when submitting your project:

  • Funding requirement must exceed $500 Thousand (US)
  • Brokers are protected

    The following must be available upon request (minimum):
     
  • Financials for previous 2 years
  • YTD financials for current year
  • Tax returns for business entity for previous 2 years
  • Tax returns for principal(s) for previous 2 years

    Note: a complete checklist will be provided during project review on accepted projects.
